High Point Program

The high point program is in place to recognize members who participate in 4B4P events and accumulate points throughout the year.  Points are earned at the Dogwood Jubilee (spring fun show), the Firecracker Jubilee/Liberty Bell Classic, and at the Harvest Jubilee (fall fun show).  Members must nominate their horses in order to participate but there is no fee beyond membership. You must select one division per horse/rider combination.  To be eligible for horse of the year awards, proof of age must accompany the nomination form.
